I was inspired by the many impressions on our trip. So I started to collect the beautiful treasures on the beaches in Spain. Among them are stones, shells, sea glass, cords and single pieces of metal. When we got back from our adventure, I started turning the collected pieces into jewelry. I made as much as I could by hand and used simple techniques to create it, as if I were working on the road. The aspect of being a nomad and the Arab influence of the southern towns of Spain became a big part of my work.
